Questions about Reach 360
How does the tip bend?
Turn the wheel on the handle and the 6.2 mm (about ¼ in) tip bends up to 180° one way or the other, so you can look up, down and back around a corner inside a wall, engine or drain.
Which phones does Reach 360 work with?
USB-C phones: iPhone 15 to iPhone 18 and Android. Lightning isn't confirmed for this model — for an older iPhone choose Reach Duo.
How small a hole will it go through?
The camera tip is 6.2 mm (about ¼ in) across, so a hole a little wider than that is enough.
Is it waterproof?
The camera tip is rated IP67, so it's fine in a wet wall cavity, a drain or a tank.
How long is the cable?
1 m (3.3 ft). The camera focuses from 2 to 10 cm (about 1 to 4 in), with 8 LEDs for light.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. If it doesn't work with a phone this page says it works with, we refund you in full, including return shipping.
